yesterday comment added steeldriver ... I can see that /dev/sda4 had errors and systemd-fsck apparently failed to correct them. You seem to have run fsck manually on /dev/sda3 though?
yesterday comment added steeldriver It might be helpful to run journalctl -xb with the additional parameter -p 3 or --priority=3 to focus on actual error conditions
