I wanted to install linux mint just for fun but encountered some issues that dont matter for now.

However, I did get the live USB on and my friend was leading me to install it However, he told me to sudo su rm rf in the terminal, which most of you probably know what it is. It corrupted the USB, and was trying to get back to windows until I found out that I was using grub bootloader, and it was lost on where the root folder was. Of course, I went to install windows ISO on my USB and went to repair it, unfortunately, bootrec/fixboot did not work as it gave me a “Access is denied”.

I tried following a seperate tutorial from here, which was Uninstall GRUB and use Windows bootloader

When i got to diskpart, i needed to have a SYSTEM

I did not have that, and at that point, i genuinely thought that I am fucked up.

Edit: I have an EVOO laptop (walmart laptop basically) i7 6600U, 8 GB ram, and 256 GB of ROM. I need an answer ASAP, please.
