My wifi was lagging, and then a game I was playing crashed. I look at my wifi and it says that I am connected to every single one at the same time, even my neighbor's ones. Then I check my connections and it says I am connected to ethernet, yet my laptop doesnt even have ethernet. Is this a bug? Can someone explain what is happening and how I can fix it?
